/Site Specific Help/E-Commerce How to's

Product reviews are a great way to let potential clients know how well received your products are to other buyers.

 

You can setup Product Review Moderation that will allow you to view the review and approve it before it is posted to your site.  

 

To start, you will want to:

1. Add a Reviews frame to your product details page.  (Review This Item Frame)

Here is a quick video on how to add the product reviews frame.

  


2. Next you will want to add an "Item Reviews" frame.

 

Add a new frame if an empty one does not already exist.(see screenshot below)

Add bottom most frame

Change the frame type to "Item Reviews"

Then choose the "E-commerce module" and "Item reviews" frame type

 

These changes are page changes and will require a publish.
