Bongo is a 3rd party company that does international shipping.  They Require membership with their services to use them.  You can read more about the pricing and services offered by Bongo Here

You would enable Bongo services by Contacting Support and letting them know that you want to enable the Bongo service for your site.  (This would be done after you have obtained a membership with Bongo)

 

Once the Support Department enables bongo for your site you will see it in your list under "Ecommerce".

You will see this screen on the right, once you click on Bongo Settings:

 

Once you click "enable" you will see the options for "Bongo Connect" or "Bongo Checkout".  Choose which reflects the account that you have with Bongo.

Then you will need to enter your Partner Key.

You can choose to "Submit Products but Don't Use Bongo Calculator"

You can then choose the Bongo Location Address

The countries that you will ship to are in the next drop down.

The terms that you use are in the last option here.

 

If you use "Bongo Checkout" you will have a place to enter the "Checkout URL".
